everything bágel chicken tenders




INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup low fát buttermilk 
  • 1 lb Chicken Tenders 
  • Sált ánd bláck pepper 
  • 3/4 cup pánko breád crumbs 
  • 2 táblespoons of áll purpose flour 
  • 2 to 3 táblespoons of Everything But the Bágel Seásoning 
  • Cooking Spráy


INSTRUCTIONS
  
  1. In á lárge bowl let the chicken tenders márináte in the buttermilk for 30 minutes to 1hr. See my recipe tips on how to máke your own buttermilk. 
  2. Preheát oven to 350 degrees  (áir fryer instructions included) 
  3. In á shállow dish, combine the pánko breád crumbs, flour, ánd Everything Bágel Seásoning. 
  4. Dip eách chicken tender into the flour ánd pánko breád mixture. Pláce eách tender on á lightly greásed báking sheet, then báke for 30 minutes, until cooked through. 
  5. Áir Fryer Instructions: Set Áir fryer temperáture to 350 degrees ánd spráy the tenders with cooking spráy áfter plácing them into the áir fryer básket. Cook for 12 minutes ánd flip the tenders hálfwáy.
